Woodside and EDL needed a more durable LNG trailer fleet after repeated running-gear and perlite insulation failures on imported units. AMG's double-wall ultra-vacuum design and Australian-built running gear eliminated both problems. Perlite settles under the constant vibration of road transport. As it settles it leaves the upper surface of the inner vessel progressively less insulated, which drives boil-off up and hold time down over the life of the trailer. Our double-wall ultra-vacuum system removes that failure mode entirely — this was the specific problem Woodside and EDL brought to us.
A standard package is deliverable in approximately six months from order. Non-standard configurations depend on scope.
